This 97-03 BMW E38 E39 540i 740i M62 4.4L V8 Engine Motor Block Assembly is in good shape runs fine has a very slow oil leak from oil pan with 160k miles on it. Non vanos and doesn’t have any timing chain rattle or issues but if you replace the gaskets you might want to check the timing chain guides as they haven’t been replaced.
