Content still being 60 hz doesn't matter. You can also shoot 120 fps videos yourself if you want. I've been using a 120 hz phone for >19 months. The main benefit is feeling more connected with the UI due to the much increased fluidity and responsiveness. You feel like everything is much faster and you're less bottlenecked by the screen.
