I normally use my GS-911 via bluetooth and my DROID. In this mode, there is no menu item to reset the service reminders or the dates they activate. HOWEVER, using a laptop (instead of the smartphone app) gives you a "special functions" menu in which it is very easy to reset the reminders and set new reminder dates if desired.
